We are honored to write a Preview introducing the recent work of The Pan-Cancer Proteome Atlas (TPCPA), which is a valuable proteomic resource developed using single-shot data-independent acquisition mass spectrometry (DIA-MS), providing proteome-scale quantifications of 999 tumors across 22 cancer types in a unified manner, for discovering tumor biology, biomarkers, and therapeutic targets.
