Tips:
  • There is a limit on the number of query proteins (n=100) to offer a reasonable loading time for most searches.
  • When the Extended Search option is checked, the number of query proteins is restricted to 10 as it is computationally intensive to check interactions for all possible pairs of interacting proteins in a big network.
